The Zebra FS42 Fixed Industrial Scanner is a compact yet powerful device designed to meet the rigorous demands of industrial environments. Featuring a 1.2 MP global shutter sensor, the FS42 delivers superior image quality and precise barcode capture. It supports multiple code symbologies including 1D, 2D, and direct part mark (DPM) barcodes, ensuring versatility across various applications. With an IP65-rated housing, the FS42 is dust-tight and water-resistant, capable of operating in temperatures ranging from -20°C to 50°C. The scanner offers multiple connectivity options, including Ethernet, USB, and RS-232, for seamless integration into existing systems. Its advanced decoding algorithms and robust software tools enhance productivity and accuracy in manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing operations.

Case, pallet, and item level tracking are all possible with the Zebra ZBR2000 general-purpose inlay. The frequency and surface dependent read range of the Zebra ZBR2000 is up to 15m. The inlay is 95 by 8mm. Uses the UCODE 8 chip from NXP in the Zebra ZBR2000.
