  1. RJS Inspector D4000 Auto Optic and Laser Verifier

The Model D4000 Provides the Two Most Popular Types of Verification: ANSI Method and-or Point-and-Shoot Traditional Method. This unique portable barcode verifier can interface with either the patented RJS Auto-Optic scan head or a laser scanner to provide nine different optic configurations. The scanners are easily installed by the user making the unit quickly adaptable to practically any verification requirement. A D4000 incorporating an Auto-Optic scanner is the industry's most flexible ANSI method verifier. Eight optical arrangements are possible via menu selections for four aperture sizes and two wavelengths of light. The optical geometry meets all requirements of the ANSI X3.182 Barcode Quality Guideline. The Auto-Optic scanner is designed and manufactured by RJS for the sole purpose of performing ANSI method barcode quality analysis. Repeatability between units is outstanding making the D4000 an ideal choice as a standardized company-wide ANSI method verifier. A D4000 incorporating a laser scanner is an extremely easy to use point-and-shoot verifier. It requires virtually no user training and analyzes most of the essential traditional verification parameters. It also provides the ANSI method Decodability calculation and percent of decode information. Popular applications include verification on materials requiring special considerations such as shiny curved or uneven surfaces and wet ink.
  2. RJS Inspector D4000SP Verifier

This easy-to-use unit is a true single unit solution, offering one-handed operation and support of all popular linear symbologies. The RJS Inspector D4000SP also offers store and print capability, multiple scan averaging, and sub-symbology choices - all easily accessible through a simple four-button user interface.
  3. RJS L1000 Verifier

The L1000 Portable Verifier uses a moving beam laser scanner. It requires virtually no user training and analyzes the essential traditional verification parameters including average bar deviation quiet zones encodation check mod check and ratio where applicable. It also provides the ANSI method Decodability calculation and percent of decode information. Designed for maximum ease of use even traditionally hard to verify barcodes such as those on irregular wet shiny laminated or moving surfaces are accurately analyzed. The L1000 supports all the popular linear barcode symbologies. Additionally the L1000 contains 20K bytes of non-volatile memory that can be used for store and print capabilities. The data is accessible through a serial communications port. Accessories available include a printer and a battery charger-power supply.
  4. Printronix SV Series Verifier

The SV Series of scanner-verifiers by RJS provides both fixed position scanning and high-speed on-line ANSI method verification of linear barcodes. This unique instrument can be used for many types of barcode scanning and-or verifying applications. The SV Series assures that barcode print quality is at an acceptable level. It checks to make sure the print mechanism has not failed or gone out of adjustment during operation. It even makes sure that the correct data is encoded and that the encoded data is in the proper format.
