Cubiscan Contour-AKL Dimensioning System

The Cubiscan Contour-AKL excels in checking the quality of your pallets so you can save time and money. The Contour-AKL can provide you with valuable information such as when there is a broken pallet, if the freight wasn't loaded properly, or if the freight is leaning outside a specified parameter. Avoid disruption to your automated systems by leveraging the Contour-AKL's data to ensure that every pallet is loaded properly. The Contour-AKL can easily measure protrusions, freight overhang, freight positioning, and tilt within pallet loads. Two laser-based sensors allow the Contour-AKL to view the freight from above and additional sensing inspects the pallet. Coupled with the optional third laser sensor, the Contour-AKL becomes able to measure the position of the freight in relation to the pallet.
