Accessible Support Desk
Zebra’s support desk comprises technical experts available from 8 am to 8 pm EST Monday through Friday for Essential customers and 24/7 for Select customers. Trained help desk professionals will perform Level 1 triage to diagnose and resolve issues or escalate them to Level 2 during regular business hours. Select customers enjoy continuous case logging, ideal for 24/7 operations such as healthcare, retail, and logistics sectors.
Remote Diagnostic Service
Our Diagnostic Service facilitates the remote resolution of most device issues, reducing the need for depot returns. The Device Diagnostic Tool, installed using a quick barcode scan, conducts six essential checks. This tool resolves most issues remotely, reducing costly returns and maximizing device uptime.
eLearning and Skills Assessment
Now, you can easily evaluate how prepared your organization is for a Zebra mobile solution. Complete an online assessment to generate a report highlighting areas for improvement. This process supports smooth implementation. We also offer a series of online courses and access to a Zebra Learning Consultant to create a training curriculum addressing these gaps, ensuring faster solution adoption and a quicker ROI.
Service Monitoring Dashboard
The service dashboard offers complete visibility into the repair status of all devices. Monitor repairs, track replacements, and view the status of devices at the service depot. Customizable thresholds provide detailed insights, saving time and reducing repair management costs.
Ready-to-Use Device Return
Our service ensures returned mobile computers are preconfigured with necessary applications and settings, ready to use immediately. (Minimum 20 devices under contract)
Expedited Replacement
With our expedited replacement service, report a broken device and receive a replacement shipped the same day for next-business day delivery. This reduces downtime significantly.
Managed Spare Inventory
We maintain a spare inventory on your behalf. When a device requires servicing, we dispatch a preconfigured spare to ensure minimal downtime. The spare pool is customized for your needs and can be adjusted as needed.
Operational Visibility Solution (OVS)
OVS provides insights into the location and performance of your devices, their utilization rates, and battery health. This visibility helps identify issues before they require depot repair. Set thresholds on important metrics to ensure optimal device performance. (Minimum 250 devices necessary)
Battery Services
Opt for Battery Maintenance, which tests and replaces faulty batteries upon depot arrival, or Battery Refresh, providing new batteries once per device during a 3-year contract and twice during a 5-year contract. Both options ensure reliable battery performance on returned devices.
Device Collection Service
For specified Zebra models, we manage courier pickups for depot-bound devices, simplifying the process by arranging same-day or next-business day collection.
