The PS336 comes with Windows Embedded Handheld 6.5, providing you with a wider range of uses and applications across utility and field service sectors. The PS336 rugged handheld is built with an e-compass, altimeter, integrated GPS and a G-sensor accelerometer that can measure speed, vibration and rotation. These features open the door to countless application possibilities, making it ideal for GIS surveying and other GPS/mapping-based applications. In addition to IP68 certification, which protects against dust and allows the unit to be water-proof up to one meter, the PS336 is independently certified to MIL-STD 810G standard, and can operate in temperatures from -22 °F to 140 °F. With Getac Flexiconn technology, you can easily add new modules/caps to expand functionality including 3-in-1 HF RFID Card Reader, Long Range Bluetooth, 1D Bar code Reader. The PS336 features a 3.5 inch display specifically designed for viewing in direct sunlight. The display uses a special multi-layered touch sensor that registers pressure, allowing you to keep your gloves on perfect for using in cold or hazardous environments. The PS336 features a built-in 5-megapixel camera with autofocus and an LED flash perfect for GIS mapping.

The Getac PS535F fully rugged PDA features a high sensitivity GPS receiver, E-Compass and altimeter, making it perfect for GIS applications. The built-in three megapixel auto-focus camera enables instant visual data capture in the field while the 3.5 inch VGA touchscreen sunlight readable display dramatically enhances the viewing quality of graphic-intensive files, maps and applications. The PS535F also features comprehensive wireless connectivity options, including integrated Bluetooth V2.0 and 802.11b/g WiFi. Users can connect the PS535F to a GIS server and instantly transmit or process data in the field using the optional Getac Bluetooth EDGE WWAN modem. The PS535F is preinstalled with Windows Mobile 6.5 software for quick access to email, the Internet, texting and other means of mobile communications. Weighing a mere 10.7 ounces, the device can operate at full capacity for up to 8-hours on a fully-charged battery and is MIL-STD 810G compliant and IP65 certified to operate without failure under the most extreme weather conditions, environments and everyday abuse associated with its user base.
