Patient chart labels contain important information pertaining to a patient, including their length of stay, medical history, allergies, current medications, recorded observations and patient progress. Patient chart labels provides a convenient way for hospital staff to record data while patients are in their care. Color-coded markers placed at the top of patient charts are amongst the most common labels. They include administrative information such as the patient’s name, room number and assigned doctor.
